I hate the format, hate the "bonuses" The boldening of "meaningful" parts of the sentence and the derivative skyscraper scroll fest that's that's used on everything from books on vaginal dryness, to making money with Google to pushing a report on mind mapping. Yes they are cheap, yep it means not needing to pay designers and yes it shows.
