Here's the info the Vonage rep had, after 40 mins of waiting....
I have removed my number from Vonage and have new hardware
You are more expensive and the call quality to the UK was awful
So maybe I would like to have a friend or family take over the account? What are you NUTS
The people that have heard my phone farting, burping are going to willingly sign up for it
Oh and I'm remiss for not waiting on hold to get their techs ( not around when I have free time) Thanks but if I can sign up and have a phone working in 1/3rd the time I spend on hold , for less money with better quality I think my obligation as a consumer ( to myself) has been fulfilled.
