Another proud moment in  tech from my state Arizona.  Seemingly I need to be protected,  with my own money removed by force,  Oh sorry I mean "voluntarily given" through  taxes, from knowing how much my house , my neighbor's house is without paying money to state certified experts , note that they need a MAGIC bit of paper to make it all legal it seems that the accuracy of "Zestimates" can be papered over with the appropriate tribute to the state board that's paid for by people that make their living by doing this?

Zillow Banned in Arizona
The state of Arizona has issued a cease and desist to Zillow, citing that Zillow needs to be a certified appraiser in order to offer up the information the site is known for.

 In short  dear state we pay you money to protect us , so please take out your coercive force and make these "bad men" stop  circumventing out "natural and divine" right to charge for information.
