Interesting story from the bankrollers of the American Revolution.  You may recall the American response to pictures of detainees as causing a change in policy in the treatment of .. cameras.. yep banned them  the perfect way to see no evil.  As most of you are not aware France has been having a lot of problems with street violence ( having driven a Renault I can sympathize with a desire to set them alight,  hell the Renault 4 my dad had  self immolated ( out of  over 50 cars  it's the only one to have burned)  out of disgust.

The French Constitutional Council has approved a law that criminalizes the filming or broadcasting of acts of violence by people other than professional journalists.

Seemingly they think that people filming themselves burning cars are going to stop  an illegal act by adding another law.. surely they aren't as dumb as the prohibitionists here?  Oui!

Film a crime, you commit a crime.  They so deserve to go the way of the dodo
