I don't know whether to get all Jonathon Livingston seagull  on your head   Truth can be found in many places  and not all pop culture phenomena are entirely useless( Even James Redfield's "Celestine Prophecy"  can redeem itself when the firewood is in short supply )  and  today I'm  starting out from "you best teach the lesson you need to learn yourself"  and talking about one of the few useful things that I've come up with.

Identify the pronouns. 

I've asked people to point out  , challenge  me if you will, any occasion I ask for an action that  'he, they , she   wishes enacted ' and to make me  identify by name the reason for my interrupting their sleep, er work.

It's amazing how many requests have no originator or current advocate which  is incredibly useful info to have when trying to prioritize.
