There's not a lot you can do in four seconds but I am having fun finding out.  It's about the time 2-4 seconds  it takes my Start menu, to display each new level on my  system and leads to a lot of reflection and this rash on the forehead that looks curiously like a keyboard ...

Maybe that's what they mean by bleeding edge
