First days with the Moto Q phone. observations
Thank Q,
Having secured a phone from work which does a nice job with our mobile mail clients I ventured out on the Verizon network and set it up for RSS and Podcasts given that most site content sucks for mobiles and /or the browsers inbuilt parsing options (
Initial thoughts:
Battery life is way too short: The trade off re size comprimises the device to the point that I can't really use is for a day. A day = standby, check mail 6-8 times and downloaded an 18mb file, play that file in winmedia = flat battery.
I have a hard time managing to push in the click wheel without it jumping to the above or below selection , ended up using "back" soft button.
Cradle is insufficient for belt/pocket carry and I've caught it twice on the way down
Display is legible, audio intelligible and as to call quality?
I'll tell you when I make one
