Friday. Met with Erin for lunch , she was over on  the work side of town trying to find a suitable location for Dobh to be cared for.  One of the places after going through the usual  spiel on how safe he'd be , how attentive the staff are  when Erin saw a lone child, maybe two years old, alone outside the building.  Yeah nice demo.. Does it help that they are all state certified and have paper on their wall to prove it?  I mean  the state says they rock, they must?  

21st Insurance  .. no more ..  second mess I've had with them not taking actions that I called them up to do. Their excuse is it's my fault for not catching the error. Yet another blame the customer for using your product company   I'm glad we never had to make a claim.. oh wait  we couldn't because  the change wasn't on the policy..    State Farm gave me great service but totally priced themselves ( $400 more per 6 months) out of my market, maybe that's what it takes?
