I've seen this story in many places but always sourced from the same site. Essentially they are interpreting a UN "law" to provide a means to prevent home schooling based on  judges here using the existence of such a law as a precedent applicable to the US.

Well they don't do it  for drugs ( legal many places, prostitution legal in many places or stoning the woman to death fo adultery   legal in many places that we call "allies" presently ..  )  Seems like a needlessly alarmist post  which irks me since we intend to home school and would rather not be associated with a magical worldview that's the very reason we're leery of the state system in the first place.

  If I can at all prevent it  Dobhran  will  never  have to beg a state drone to go to the toilet, or  be told when it's acceptable to be hungry or thirsty to fit their clock.  The kind of skills that schools used to churn out,  slaves to the clock , aren't going to cut it were we're going.
