This morning I listened to , ok I set out with the intention of listening to 5 podcasts.  Out of the five two have audio issues severe enough to discount any message they may possess. Mains hum, love it , brought back that old phillips cassette feel that's been missing from the world, low levels, aggressive gates , nice ringing artifacts and the realisation that political discusson = "those other guys suck"   oh wait that was  AM radio.. 

Anyway there are sites such as The Podcast Bunker which  reduces your chances to practically zero of hearing anything that has you clutching your head like you're having a sub arachnal anuerysm and has you clawing at your head trying to get it out.
