Mark Cuban , needs no introduction,  so he gets none:), let's just say that regardless  of topic it's worth stopping to read ( ok all the bits that aren't about the NBA :)   has posted an opinion on the  idea that the internet is going to kill  over the air/ cable or DTH satellites is not only far from being realized , it's really far.    50% of the public are still on dial up, what the surveys fail to address  , least the ones that I've seen, is  how many of those people actually want broadband?   (Just like everyone supposes that all those without "affordable" healthcare plans want one.)  I'm on the pessimistic side with this one. I just don't see how we advance a society by consuming more media though would love to see what  the porn industry comes up with to enable it's FOD  technology.
